Analog Cafe Lounge Tokyo: A Cozy Retreat in the Heart of Shibuya

Nestled on the fourth floor of the Tōa Ebisu Building, Analog Cafe Lounge Tokyo is a hidden gem that beckons all coffee enthusiasts and food lovers to experience its unique charm. This cozy cafeteria radiates retro vibes, inviting patrons to unwind amidst vintage decor and plush seating that feels like a warm hug after a long day. With its diverse menu and welcoming atmosphere, this cafe is perfect for anyone looking to relax or catch up with friends over a delightful meal.

The menu features a selection of comforting dishes that highlight seasonal flavors. Priced at just JP¥1,000, the “今週のご飯プレート” (Weekly Rice Plate) is a satisfying option that showcases the freshest ingredients, making it a heartwarming choice for lunch. Pair that with their homemade seasonal vegetable pickles available for JP¥600, and you have the perfect light accompaniment full of vibrant tastes that tease your palate.

As you step inside, you’re greeted by a delightful aroma that wafts from the kitchen, combined with the inviting notes of coffee brewing. The cafe is adorned with eclectic furniture and cozy nooks, providing a perfect setting for enjoying your food. However, patrons should be aware that the journey to this haven requires climbing some stairs, which may pose a challenge for those who prefer easier access.

Customer reviews echo the charm of Analog Cafe Lounge. Kaoru Hirabayashi praises the comfort of the seating options, making it a perfect spot to nestle in with a book or good company. Meanwhile, Jimmy Lim highlights the cafe's inviting ambiance and delicious offerings, even though translating the menu may be tricky for non-Japanese speakers.

Moreover, if you’re a dog lover, the welcoming policy for pets, mentioned by Doug F., adds another layer of charm, allowing furry friends to accompany you during your coffee and dessert dates. However, be prepared for a smoky atmosphere at times, as smoking is permitted, which may be a consideration for those with preferences against it.

In addition to its delightful offerings, the friendly staff are always eager to accommodate, ensuring you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Analog Cafe Lounge Tokyo stands out not just for its excellent coffee and comforting cuisine, but also for the community vibe it fosters—making it a perfect spot for both locals and visitors alike. So, climb those stairs and immerse yourself in the welcoming warmth of this enchanting cafe—you won’t be disappointed!

It's a nice comfy cafe especially if you can grab one of their better chairs and sofas. There is no elevator so you do have to climb up some stairs

Chill atmosphere, especially near the entrance with the couches and the food is good too. The place smell very strongly of cigarettes.

Very cool café. I tried their caffè mocha and a cassis tiramisu for around ¥1,800 and both tasted really good. The place has vintage vibes, with retro furniture. Very cozy, good place to talk or read (they have some books as well). Smoking is allowed, so if you don’t smoke it can be a bit inconvenient. The café is located on a fourth floor with no elevator, so be ready to climb stairs. Friendly staff.

They allow dogs and no cover charge I think hence 5 stars baby! Roxy had a good time hanging out. There is no elevator and it's on 4th floor- the rest I don't remember much else ..
